This panel will discuss the challenges and questions that arise when designing, implementing, and assessing multi-modal assignments in composition courses.  Panelists will examine the effects of making the transfer from text-based assignments to those that employ multiple modalities, including how educational technology may affect our writing students’ experiences and perceptions of themselves.
